In class

What happens in class

Little Dragons is a 30-minute class for ages 4 to 6. The program builds physical literacy through the ABCs: agility, balance and coordination.

When students enter the practice room they bow to their instructor and classmates, as a sign they are ready to train. Listening and paying attention are part of every class, and the team works to keep young children interested from start to finish.

Burlington runs Little Dragons every weekday: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:15 PM, and a Little Dragons Ninjas class on Tuesday at 5:15 and Friday at 5:45 PM. Head instructor Master Mehrnaz Abbaszadeh teaches at this school.
