If you have heard about our ninja classes in Oakville, you may have a few questions. They are fun classes that will teach your child a lot. The class is based on our ninja warrior obstacle course for kids. With supervision and spotting from our coaches, kids in the class will work through these obstacles at their own pace. What is the course like?
The course is fun! That’s the essential thing about these classes- they are truly engaging and interesting for children (and young adults too.
) Children will very rarely get the opportunity to challenge themselves on various obstacles that we have on our course. Some of our favourites are:
- Cheese wall
- Warp wall
- Spider wall
- Rock wall
- Flying squirrel
- Lilly pad balance
- Rings
- Cargo net
- Much more
Children will get to climb, jump, swing, and run during this course. They’ll navigate through the challenges with their entire bodies while having their strength and balance challenge. The format of the course is an open floor, which means that your child can take the obstacles at their own pace but will be challenged and assisted by our coaches to help them make the most out of their experience.
What ages is the course available to?
This class is open to kids of all ages. Instructors will direct children to obstacles that are suitable for their age and skill level. They will help adjust obstacles to a child’s ability and ensure that proper safety mechanisms are always in place to prevent injury.
Failing to complete some of the challenges is all part of the learning process. Your child will learn new physical skills, but they will also learn that failing is okay.
Who will supervise the participants?
Our highly trained, dedicated staff members supervise all of the children in the class. Our coaches receive ongoing training so that they can provide excellent supervision, support, and motivation to every child.
